On your first visit to Salus - we  will take your details, and a complete medical history combining  information about your current condition to establish an overall picture of your health. An examination will be done, concentrating on the neuro-muscular system. The examination will incorporate a postural analysis,  and neurological tests in addition a biomechanical assessment of the individual joints.

We will then give you a report of our findings, and how we can help you. You will be advised about any exercise or changes to your lifestyle or diet that will be of benefit. In some cases you will then have a treatment immediately, however  in other cases , x-rays or other tests might  be required, and the relevant arrangements will then be made.

We will examine other areas such as your heart, lungs, and abdomen to rule out other causes. This is a normal procedure in a chiropractor's clinic.
